I am an experienced, BACP registered Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.
I view therapy as a supportive, collaborative, creative process that enables emotional healing. In this process we can rediscover inner resources and strengths to aid personal growth and development. If you need support to get you through a crisis or you wish to explore some long-standing issues with a compassionate and caring professional in a confidential setting, contact me and arrange an initial consultation. By meeting in person you get a true sense of whether I might be the right therapist for you.
I work with individuals and couples with open ended, long term contract or if preferred and appropriate with a focused, time limited model.
