What can I offer you?
How does this work?
During the sessions, we will work together to explore the issues you are faced with. The purpose of my role is to provide a collaborative environment; drawing on my professional experience and qualifications to ensure you are given the support you need.
I believe that people are resilient. Given the right environment, and the opportunity to speak freely about their experiences; the individual can accept who they are and reconnect with themselves.
Why did I become a Counsellor?
I decided to pursue a career in Counselling after working in a high pressure, corporate organisation in the City of London for many years. My desire to help others drew me towards Psychotherapy, and after training extensively and working at a number of Counselling practices; I eventually started up my own private practice in the City where I work as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist full-time, whilst continuing to work at the Counselling charities. Since starting out as a Counsellor, I have witnessed the positive change in people, which has confirmed the importance of this profession and increased my passion for supporting mental health.
