I am a qualified, registered and experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist practicing in the City of London. I can provide a safe space for you to talk without criticism, judgement or blame.I work from a psychodynamic approach which recognises that present difficulties, such as depression, anxiety or relationship problems, can be linked to earlier experiences. Understanding the underlying nature of your difficulties can help to alleviate suffering.
To explore if psychotherapy is for you, the first step is a short phone conversation during which you can tell me a little about your situation and raise any questions you have. Either call me directly on 07583 207 521 or follow a link on this page to send me an email with your phone number and a convenient time I can call you. If you feel you would like to explore psychotherapy / counselling further we will then arrange a meeting.
