I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, working with adults of all ages from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing a variety of issues.

I know that to explore difficult feelings and worries, it is important to have a safe and secure place to allow thoughts and feelings to arise in their own time, and in a non-judgmental and confidential relationship. Sometimes your concerns can benefit from a short-term approach, but difficulties which are rooted in past experiences or childhood may take more time to be made sense of.

I also work with Boarding School survivors.
